FOR AN APPOINTMENT
1. Must be 18 years of age
2. Set up an appointment: Call, text, or email
3. Provide the title and photo of the document
4. Complete all spaces on document
5. Provide a government-approved ID card
6. All signers must be present at the time of the notarization
7. Required witnesses must be present and have no beneficial interest in the document.
8. Understand the fee being charged
9. Payment expected at the time of service. Cash, credit or debit.
